Thought Of The Day

Watch your thoughts; they become your words.

Watch your words; they become your actions.

Watch your actions; they become your habits.

Watch your habits; they become your character.

Watch your character for it will become your destiny.

Reflexology Treatment With Jules

I have recently had a treatment with Jules and it was amazing, very relaxing and calming, a real treat. We all take our feet for granted and tend to neglect them. Get you feet in tip top condition for the summer months and boost your health to a better you. Reflexology is a fantastic way to treat a wide range of disorders. Jules is extremely talented holistic therapist and she has a calming ambience and oozes serenity.
